• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National. Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. You will not be appointed to the position if a verified positive drug test is received. You may be required to wear a uniform and comply with the National Park Service uniform standards. A uniform allowance will be provided. You may be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and/or shift work. You may be required to complete training and operate a four-wheel drive vehicle. Occupancy of government quarters may be required. You may be required to complete training, obtain and maintain a government credit card with travel and purchase authority. You must be 18 years of age or older to operate government vehicles or be assigned to a hazardous position. You may be required to travel overnight away from home up to 3 nights per month. You must obtain a government charge card for travel purposes. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
