Venture Paid Placement Disclosure

Earned organic presence

BCM's organic Venture systems are earned or rule-based and remain separate from paid entitlements or promotion.

• Contribution Score is calculated from qualifying, credit-eligible Venture activity under BCM's contribution rules.
• Visibility Levels are determined from Contribution Score thresholds and can affect organic Venture presence.
• Zoom Presence is based on the Venture's organic Visibility Level and determines the minimum map zoom at which the Venture becomes eligible to appear.
• Pioneer is a separate recognition system with its own qualification requirements.
• Organic search relevance and map collision priority are not purchased through Venture paid status.

Paid presentation and promotion

Paid Venture architecture may provide visual enhancement or clearly labeled promotional placement only where a specific product expressly provides for it. Paid status does not replace or modify the organic systems above.

• Venture Plus currently provides Enhanced marker presentation for the subscribed Venture. It does not purchase Contribution Score, Visibility Level, Zoom Presence, Pioneer status, organic search relevance, or collision priority.
• Spotlight is a promotional-placement foundation. When active and eligible, Spotlight is designed to identify the promoted placement with a Sponsored label, but Spotlight is not currently offered for purchase.
• Pin Boost is a time-bounded promotional foundation. Its current rules do not change Contribution Score, Visibility Level, Zoom Presence, Pioneer status, organic search relevance, collision priority, or organic ordering, and Pin Boost is not currently offered for purchase.
• Paid presentation does not suppress unpaid Ventures and does not grant an organic ranking advantage.

Marker presentation concepts

BCM defines Standard, Enhanced, Featured, and Landmark marker presentation concepts. These concepts describe possible visual presentation tiers and do not by themselves establish a product for sale.

• Standard is the ordinary marker presentation.
• Enhanced is the only paid marker tier currently recognized by the Venture Plus entitlement foundation.
• Featured and Landmark exist as presentation concepts but are not currently sold Venture marker tiers under the present earned-versus-paid policy.
• Marker scaling remains capped by BCM's map-fairness rules; paid status does not remove that cap.

Map fairness and collision protections

BCM applies map-fairness and collision-handling rules independently from paid status.

• Paid status does not purchase collision priority.
• Paid status does not cause unpaid Ventures to be omitted or suppressed from eligible organic map results.
• Collision handling uses BCM's existing deterministic map rules rather than payment status.
• Paid presentation remains subject to the same map eligibility, moderation, trust, abuse, ownership, and service-control rules that apply to other Ventures.

What payment does not buy

• Payment does not purchase Contribution Score or qualifying contribution events.
• Payment does not purchase or increase a Visibility Level.
• Payment does not purchase Pioneer status.
• Payment does not purchase organic search relevance, organic ordering, or collision priority.
• Payment does not override moderation, verification, ownership, claims, reporting, impersonation, abuse-prevention, or trust-and-safety decisions.
• Payment does not guarantee impressions, visibility at every zoom level, clicks, traffic, referrals, conversions, Jobs, applicants, customers, hiring results, revenue, investment, partnerships, or any other business outcome.

Sponsored labeling

Where BCM displays a paid promotional placement that requires disclosure, the placement is intended to be clearly distinguishable from organic Venture presence. The current Spotlight foundation uses Sponsored as its default promotional label.

• Sponsored labeling identifies the promotional nature of the placement; it does not imply BCM endorsement, verification, ownership validation, or a quality guarantee.
• An enhanced marker or other paid visual treatment does not convert the underlying Venture into an organic ranking winner or change its earned status.

Current Venture monetization availability

Venture Plus has a production launch configuration of $4.99 USD per month and a mapped LIVE Stripe Product/Price. Customer checkout remains subject to Venture feature controls and service availability.

• Venture Plus provides Enhanced marker presentation only under the current launch offer.
• Spotlight is not currently purchasable.
• Pin Boost is not currently purchasable.
• Featured and Landmark Venture marker tiers are not currently sold.
• The prior temporary $1 Venture Plus TEST amount is not production pricing and has been retired from the active catalog.

Relationship to other BCM terms

This disclosure explains the separation between organic Venture presence and paid presentation/promotion. General Venture rules remain governed by the Venture Terms, and claim/ownership/verification matters remain governed by the Claim / Ownership / Verification Terms. Subscription, renewal, cancellation, and related recurring-payment mechanics are addressed separately where applicable.
