How it works

1. Find your company and claim it. Open your Career Hub on the map and click "Is this your company? Claim this Career Hub," or claim from your company page. It's free.
2. We verify you. Tell us in a sentence how you're connected to the company. A real person reviews every claim, and payment never determines verification.
3. Post jobs for free. Draft a job, preview it, then publish. Every job links to your own application page or ATS.
4. Upgrade only if you want to. Make a job stand out, add posting capacity, or verify your Career Hub. Your standard listings stay visible either way.

What a claimed profile gets you (free)

• A company profile you control. Logo, website, benefits, photos, culture and locations, added whenever you're ready.
• Free job posting. Create, edit, pause, close and reopen jobs. Up to 3 active jobs free.
• Your apply process, unchanged. "Apply on Company Site" sends people to your own page. BCM never collects applications.
• Real analytics. Impressions, views, saves and outbound Apply Clicks for your jobs.
• Your team. Owners and Admins can invite Recruiter/Editor or Viewer/Analytics teammates.
• A Basic Career Hub. Your name, location, categories, a short factual description, your official careers-page link and a map marker. Not on the map yet? Request a Basic Career Hub for free; we review requests before they go live.

Pricing

Founding prices. Small on purpose.

Paid visibility changes how a listing looks. It doesn't buy search ranking, and it never buys verification. Standard jobs always stay visible. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the price, duration and cancellation terms are shown at checkout.

On the map in your market

We're building markets carefully instead of scraping everything. Our first live markets are Tyler, TX, San Diego, CA and Phoenix, AZ, and more are coming. If your company is already on the map, claim it and make sure job seekers see it the way you want them to.

FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. Claiming your company, verification, posting jobs and seeing analytics are all free. The paid options above are optional.

Who sees my listing?

Anyone browsing Barber Career Map. Job seekers don't need an account to search the map. Public job and company pages are also built to be found in search. We show aggregate analytics to you. We never share job seekers' home locations, commute origins or private notes with employers.

How do people apply?

They click "Apply on Company Site" and land on your own application page or ATS. BCM records that someone clicked through, but we don't take applications, and we don't claim to know whether someone applied or got hired.

My company is on the map, but something's wrong (or I want it removed).

Claim it and fix the details yourself. If you'd rather not claim it, or you want your Career Hub corrected or removed, send us a note through Contact / Report an Issue and we'll take care of it.

Why is my company already here?

Career Hubs are built from public information: your company name, location and official careers page. A Hub links to your careers site. It isn't a job feed, and it's marked "Not employer verified" until you claim it.

Why "Barber"?

It's the founder's last name. We're not a barbershop job board; the site covers every industry.
