About the role

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We're looking for a Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional group of operators and specialists who are responsible for executing on people initiatives that support Palantir's talented employees, work, and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span People Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support. As a Talent Program Manager, you’ll work with other program managers to support initiatives across People Experience, Events, and Learning. You’ll host Indoc, our new-hire program, in London about every other week and partner with company leaders to improve the program and showcase great work across the business. You’ll also help keep key People Experience projects on track by improving processes, clearing roadblocks, and anticipating what stakeholders need. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and learning from good ideas, wherever they come from. The team and its work are still evolving, so flexibility and a willingness to pick up new skills are important.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding in-person in our London office every other week (on average)
  • Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events both on and offsite
  • Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments
  • Leverage new product and artificial intelligence to scale team’s operational reach

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to be onsite 5 days per week
