• You must be a U.S. Citizen. The Ethics in Government Act, P.L. 95-521, requires the applicant selected for this position to submit a financial disclosure statement, OGE-278, prior to assuming the ST position, annually, and upon termination of employment. REAL ID requirements became effective on 05/07/25.
