With a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing top-notch service, we have been serving our customers since 1989. Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

  • Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service
  • Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights
  • Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards
  • Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

  • Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
