This is a fast paced career and roofing experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for scheduling projects and ensuring each employee has the correct type of project assigned to them. • Responsible for maintaining accurate schedules in the CRM software. • Responsible for pulling project folders out and putting all invoices in them prior to setting them out for the installation team the day before the project starts. • Responsible for 50/50 split expectation of jobsite versus office time. • Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each project are completed the first time. • Oversee that each employee is performing a walkthrough with their customers at the completion of each project. • Ensure each employee is collecting payment for each job upon completion. • Oversee that all employees turn in accurate and completed job folders with the closing sheets, invoices, and receipts. • Responsible for matching and sourcing materials for each project and having them staged for the project prior to the project starting and adjusting project invoices as needed. • Ensure that all employees are utilizing communications software for consistent and regular project updates. • Maintain accurate notes, and details in CRM software for each project. • Ensure fleet (trucks and trailers) are maintained properly. • Conduct job audits during and after projects. • Ensure all safety procedures are in practice at all times. • Responsible for running “callback” and “issue resolution” appointments for previously completed Bone Dry Roofing: Confidential & Proprietary projects. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 Years of industry experience is preferred • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season Work Environment • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs Driving • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
