Nurse (Clinical Analyst) demonstrates leadership, advanced analytical expertise, and systems thinking in support of organizational quality, patient safety, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement initiatives throughout the medical center. The incumbent applies knowledge of healthcare data, clinical processes, organizational performance, information systems, quality management principles, and evidence-based practice to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Must pass pre-employment physical evaluation. Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).
