Manager, Sales Tools & Technology

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Manager, Sales Tools & Technology, you will lead the evolution of the technology ecosystem that enables our global Commercial teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and guests. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of key sales platforms, ensuring they scale alongside the growth of our Wholesale business across regions, channels, and customer segments. Working closely with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Technology, and external partners, you will translate business needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, enable growth, and support long-term strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our commercial capabilities through platform innovation, vendor partnerships, and global process transformation. Success in this role will come from balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence while leading a team responsible for delivering business-critical tools and services. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
