The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our High-Rise building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for occupants. Pay: $30 hourly rate | Weekly pay Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift: Monday thru Friday | 8am to 4PM The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and at times HVAC systems.
  • Respond to work orders and tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings.
  • Troubleshoot and repair building equipment and common area systems.
  • Replace lighting, fixtures, filters, belts, and other building components as needed.
  • Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance when required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other building areas.
