Janitorial Operations Manager

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Janitorial Project Manager. The Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. The JPM will also develop and implement cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned building. The Company may require that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company will make exceptions for medical, sincerely held religious belief, or other legally required exceptions. Pay: $80-90k/annually The pay listed is the salary range for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
