Founded in 2007, we’re trusted by thousands of organizations across more than 80 countries, including brands like Microsoft and Visa. About the Role This role requires reliable transportation and ability to commute from our San Mateo Office to our Data Center in the San Jose area as needed. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.
