Benefits • Competitive compensation: $25 - $30/hour with weekly pay! • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Company-paid life and disability insurance • Paid training and professional development • Opportunities for career growth and advancement • Employee and family discounts on services Essential Responsibilities • Assist in installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. • Help design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required. • Help verify, receive, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job. • Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors. • Properly completes all the paperwork required for each job. • Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. • Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction. • Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner. • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. • Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others. • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations. Qualifications • 1 -3 years of HVAC installation experience • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to be flexible in the work schedule. • Valid, clean driver’s License. • Must have the ability to multi-task. • Must have excellent customer service skills. • Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems • EPA certification • Must have own hand and power tools Skills and Abilities • Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements. • Must have strong attention to detail. • Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
