Qualifications for the HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required. • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. • Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. • Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
