Are you ready to join us? As a member of the Design Team, you're a first mover when it comes to using AI for professional design work. You share this knowledge openly with colleagues, helping shape an AI-ready design team with applications, such as Langdock, Claude and Gamma App. You're experienced in data storytelling, transforming complex insights into compelling visual narratives that people can actually understand and use for making informed decisions. You will contribute to scaling our design capabilities by collaborating on the development and evolution of our design systems. Responsibilities • Design (editorial) longform content (e.g. whitepapers, reports, presentations) with integrated data visualizations • Produce campaign design content (e.g. landing page visuals, ads, banners) in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team • AI-Driven Design & Continuous Innovation: build and deploy AI agents to automate on-brand creation of PowerPoint presentations, ads, and infographics; advance AI implementation across design disciplines (marketing, data storytelling for social media, and motion design) Requirements • 3-5 years professional design experience in marketing/corporate/brand design • Expert in design principles, typography, color theory and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva • Deep knowledge of AI and Agentic AI in design and workflow automation (Langdock, Claude, Figma) • (Strategic) stakeholder management, thriving in fast-paced environments • Fluent English (German advantageous) Please submit your application with a portfolio.
