The position supports three Appellate Adjudicatory Boards: The Administrative Review Board (ARB), The Benefits Review Board (BRB), and Employees' Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB). The three are hereinafter referred to as the "Boards". This position is outside the bargaining unit.
