Requirements

  • Support Hong Kong court and regulatory data processing, including data acquisition, cleansing, status updates, and validation.
  • Perform DUNS matching and review through a combination of system-based matching and manual verification.
  • Process and maintain UBO-related data, including machine-assisted matching and manual review as required.
  • Handle official registry and census-related data, ensuring correct data entry, formatting, and quality checks.
  • Support internal data delivery and resolution tasks, including research requests, DUNS-related support, and linkage verification.
  • Participate in project-based data tasks, such as data counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ensure all data handling complies with internal data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with China and regional teams to support cross-border data and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, operations, and global teams on data-related activities
  • Basic awareness of AI-assisted or automation tools, and willingness to apply them to improve efficiency in data processing and documentation tasks
  • Share knowledge and provide basic guidance after onboarding stabilization
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in information management, computer science, or data-related fields preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with ability to understand data structures and apply logic
  • Detail-oriented with strong data sensitivity and sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
  • English: able to read field definitions and write simple work-related documentation (CET6)
  • Quick learner, team player
  • Basic SQL skills; able to use existing query templates for data extraction and simple analysis
  • Awareness of data governance, master data, or data quality concepts
  • Willingness to learn automation or AI-assisted tools
  • Ensuring data compliance, quality, and consistency while handling complex and sometimes ambiguous data requirements across different business and regulatory contexts
  • Managing data-related tasks that involve coordination across multiple teams, including onshore and offshore stakeholders, with differing processes and data standards
  • Handling cross-border data requests and global data processes while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and internal compliance requirements
