Responsibilities
- Rights Verification: Review digital assets to ensure all tracks are eligible for ingestion and that ownership splits are correctly documented.
- Lead Generation & Pitching: Actively scout and identify high-value independent artists, labels and catalogs currently dissatisfied with their distribution or administration.
- Pitch the benefits of Too Lost to key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Educate: Identify opportunities to move clients into higher-tier services during the onboarding process.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify and advise on key tracks within the catalog to drive mutual ROI.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the artist and the onboarding team to resolve upload and/or delivery errors.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve double-claiming or takedown issues that may arise during the delivery window.
- Post-Ingestion QC: Perform Quality Control on DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) to ensure releases are correctly linked, profiles are mapped and play counts are preserved.
