As an Operations Data Specialist, you will perform detail-oriented, structured work that supports accurate and efficient client and business operations. The role involves validating, updating, and quality-checking information across recurring workstreams and project-based assignments. Specialists are expected to manage a steady volume of tasks, follow defined processes, and document their work. Additional responsibilities include communicating progress clearly with internal partners and external executive-level brand stakeholders, meeting agreed timelines, and identifying questions or potential issues proactively. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, comfort working with complex information, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset, including the practical use of AI tools and automations to improve quality and scale.
Responsibilities
- 1+ years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or related sectors, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal; English.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-Solving - identify minor roadblocks early and assist senior managers in finding quick fixes.
- Adaptability - adjust quickly to changing priorities, shifting timelines, and new project requirements.
- Reliability - owning your calendar, transparent communication, and flawless follow-through.
Requirements
- Familiarity with inventory software.
- Experience with online Support Ticketing tools/systems.
- Experience with internal communication tools like Slack or Teams
- Proficiency with AI tools and resources
