The core values that ground our work, guide our decisions, and connect us together:
Pragmatic Optimism
Excellence without Ego
Proactive Collaboration
Responsibilities
- Factory & Manufacturing Readiness: Orchestrate the end-to-end program lifecycle for existing and new manufacturing facilities (including Capex, infrastructure, and permitting), with or without Contract Manufacturers (CMs). Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure all systems, processes, and sites are production-ready for scale
- Supplier Readiness & Alignment: Lead the program-level synchronization of supplier capacity and inventory positioning. Coordinate with strategic sourcing, materials management and engineering partners to resolve alignment issues, managing the planning and replenishment model implementation for long-lead-time parts and quality control integration without directly performing procurement negotiations
- Systems, Process, & Operational Excellence: Define and optimize the operational frameworks and tools that allow cross-functional teams to work efficiently. Standardize execution methods and processes to prevent bottlenecks in complex multi-disciplinary programs
- Program Ownership & Risk Management: Own the program decision-making process. Proactively identify risks across factory, supplier, and operational workstreams, leading cross-functional teams in developing and executing mitigation strategies
- Executive & Stakeholder Communication: Synthesize complex data from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable updates for leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on program health and critical path items
- Organizational Readiness & Expansion: Program-manage organizational growth initiatives, including resource planning, hiring pipelines, and training programs, to ensure teams are fully scaled and equipped to support operational objectives
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrialization, or large-scale supply chain program management
- Expertise in factory startup, facility permitting, and capital expenditure oversight
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and contract negotiation for complex hardware programs
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with experience in production modeling, capacity planning, and quality control systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
