With a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing top-notch service, we have been serving our customers since 1989. Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

  • Install and support residential and commercial solar systems on job sites
  • Assist with mounting, wiring, and testing solar equipment
  • Travel between local work sites using a company-provided vehicle
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow company procedures and safety standards on all solar projects
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while representing the company positively

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of solar experience required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
