About the role

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Receive shipments of merchandise and verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Send Sales: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the stockroom and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Sales Team: Assist with locating product or answering product-related questions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including sales associates and managers, to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.
