Position Overview The Process Technician – RPS Operations is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of additive manufacturing equipment during the assigned swing shift. This role owns the day-to-day execution of production builds by operating RPS printers and supporting equipment, monitoring machine health, performing production changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring builds are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Working as part of a two-person production team, the Process Technician plays a critical role in maximizing printer uptime, supporting on-time delivery, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring accurate communication between shifts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, thrives in an independent manufacturing environment, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen/Green Card Holder
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document production activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple machines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
