Retail Store Associate (Investment Brokerage)

About the role We are looking for a Retail Store Associate to support clients at our investment brokerage store and provide a professional, seamless onboarding experience. The role will be responsible for client account opening, platform and app guidance, investment product education, customer inquiries, documentation, and daily operational support. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams on lead follow-up, client acquisition, in-store events, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities, while ensuring compliance and client data confidentiality. Retail Store Associate (Investment Brokerage) Responsibilities • Assist walk-in clients with account opening, platform setup, and app guidance. • Handle inquiries and escalate complex cases. • Educate clients on investment tools and platform features. • Support daily operations and compliance checks. • Manage documentation and backend onboarding. • Ensure client data confidentiality. • Help sales team with client acquisition and KPIs. • Follow up with leads, set appointments, and assist in in-store events. • Provide on-site support for marketing campaigns. • Help promote brand and community engagement activities. Requirements • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 -2 years’ experience in customer service, financial advisory, or retail experience would be added advantage. • Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and brokerage platforms would be added advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Passing an internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period is mandatory (training provided). • Proficient in Mandarin or English is a plus. • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Strong customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
