Investing Education Specialist We’re looking for an investment educator with strong marketing instincts—someone who understands investing deeply, but is equally passionate about helping others understand it. You’ll play a key role in building moomoo’s investor education proposition, turning complex investment concepts into simple, practical and engaging content across MooAcademy, social media, webinars and in-person experiences. Rather than focusing on a single market, you’ll bring broad investment expertise across options, equities and ETFs, AI-powered investing and beginner investor education. You’ll also become a trusted human face of moomoo, helping investors move from learning to taking action with greater confidence. Responsibilities Investor Content Strategist • Develop and front educational content across social media, video, MooAcademy, webinars and investor events. • Translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical and relatable learning experiences for investors of different experience levels. • Identify topics, trends and investor pain points that can be turned into compelling educational and marketing content. • Bring a marketing mindset to financial education, understanding what makes content relevant, engaging and actionable. • Use audience insights, content performance and investor feedback to continuously improve our education strategy. MooAcademy—Educator • Co-develop and continuously improve MooAcademy courses and learning programmes. • Design educational journeys that cater to investors from beginner to more experienced levels. • Help position MooAcademy as a trusted destination for investors to learn, practise and trade. Moomoo Ambassador • Front videos, webinars, conferences, MooAcademy sessions and other investor-facing experiences. • Engage directly with investors, answer questions and make investing feel more accessible and less intimidating. • Represent moomoo at industry and community events, helping strengthen our credibility as an investor education platform. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment education, research, trading, content or a related field. • Strong practical knowledge of options, equities and ETFs, with a solid understanding of portfolio construction, risk management and long-term investing. • Strong interest in and understanding of AI-powered investing and how technology can improve investment research and decision-making. • Proven ability to educate and communicate complex financial concepts to audiences with different levels of investment knowledge—ability to make complex topics simple, practical and relatable. • Comfortable in engaging with investors 1-1 and in bigger group settings. Confident in writing, public speaking and presenting. • Relevant financial services licence required. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to sit for the relevant examinations and obtain the required licence. • Passionate about investor education and helping people become more confident in managing their money and investments. • Demonstrated personal trading/investing experience, with a good understanding of financial markets and portfolio management using different asset classes (especially US indices, stocks and options, futures, commodities, treasury, money market, SG bank products etc) • Bonus if you’re an active moomoo user and advocate who understands the platform from an investor’s perspective.
