It surpassed two million customers in Singapore in June 2026, with users spanning retail investors to private wealth and institutional clients. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Futu Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: FUTU). The firm is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a Capital Markets Services Licence (CMS101000) and Major Payment Institution Licence (PS20200617). It also has exempt financial adviser status and is authorised to provide Digital Payment Token services. Moomoo Trustee (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a licensed trust company, while Moomoo Singapore is a DP Clearing Member, SGX-ST Trading Member, and SGX-DT Trading and Clearing Member of Singapore Exchange. Institutional Account Services Specialist The Institutional Account Services Associateis responsible for overseeing the day-to-day servicing and administration of client accounts, ensuring a high standard of client experience, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with clients, relationship managers, trading teams, onboarding, compliance, finance and operations to ensure account-related requests and transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Account Management • Manage the end-to-end servicing of client brokerage accounts, including account opening, maintenance, amendments, transfers, and closures. • Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related enquiries and service requests. • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is complete and properly maintained. • Handle client requests relating to account information, statements, confirmations, fees, settlements, and account administration. • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters where appropriate. 2. Account Lifecycle Management • Ensure account servicing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. • Support KYC/AML, client due diligence, periodic reviews and account documentation requirements. • Identify and escalate potential operational, compliance or client risks. • Maintain appropriate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes. • Work closely with Compliance and Onboarding teams on account-related reviews and remediation. • Assist with source of wealth write up of clients where applicable 3. Process Management • Establish service standards and monitor turnaround times and quality. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls and client service processes. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation. • Provide management with regular reporting on account volumes, service levels, outstanding issues, and operational risks. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of relevant experience in brokerage operations, securities, wealth management, investment banking, or financial services. • Strong understanding of brokerage account lifecycle and securities operations. • Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and financial-services regulatory frameworks. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
