Senior Analyst, Business Process

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Senior Analyst, Business Process at Arc’teryx, you will play a meaningful role in how the business identifies, documents, and improves the processes that keep a global supply chain running. You will support process mapping and documentation, analyze data to surface gaps and inefficiencies, and prepare the materials that drive productive workshops, governance reviews, and change initiatives. Working closely with functional teams, you will help test and validate new processes before they go live. This is a role for someone who brings rigorous structured thinking and a continuous improvement mindset to how complex operations get designed and documented. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed. Through governance, design, and change enablement, the team drives operational excellence and sustained business value.
