Action Property Management is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We’re looking for someone who is a strong sourcer and relationship builder andsomeone who knows how to proactively find great talent while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience and is comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is responsive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and passionate about service. Our recruiters are trusted partners to the business, and we expect a high level of internal customer service, follow-through, and communication throughout the hiring process.
