Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns; responsible for campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, GTM execution, and reward distribution.
• Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and potential GTM initiatives for campaigns/products; continuously improve the product experience in key flows such as staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective.
• Build a data analysis framework using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights.
• Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena
• Able to understand basic smart contract logic and use on-chain analytics tools such as Dune / Etherscan

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures;
• Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite.
• Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns.
• Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation; able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach.
• Strong English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US, as well as solid business development and product communication capabilities.
