We are looking for an organized, quick-thinking Dispatcher who can keep technicians moving, customers informed, and a busy service schedule running smoothly. Job Duties Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, skill set, priority, and customer needs Manage and adjust the daily service schedule throughout the day Monitor technician progress and keep calls moving efficiently Communicate schedule changes and arrival updates to customers Work closely with technicians, CSRs, managers, and field leadership Prioritize emergency and high-priority calls Help maximize technician productivity and minimize drive time Maintain accurate notes and job information in the dispatching system Respond quickly when schedules change, calls run long, or emergencies arise Support customers and field teams in a fast-paced service environment Skills & Experience 2+ years of dispatching experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services dispatch experience strongly preferred Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple technicians and calls at the same time Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and adjust quickly when priorities change Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling/dispatch software Service Titan experience strongly preferred Knowledge of local geography and efficient routing is a plus What Success Looks Like Shows up ready to work and follows through on commitments Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail Communicates clearly with customers and teammates Works safely and follows established processes Takes ownership, solves problems, and is willing to keep learning Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life and disability insurance Paid training and professional development Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee and family discounts on services Apply today and join the team at Sila Services!
