People Team Generalist

About the Position The People Generalist is an integral part of the People team, providing operational support to the People Partners as well as supporting Learning & Development, corporate communications, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience with HR processes, program and project management, and performance data/metrics, and enjoys partnering across multiple HR disciplines to help deliver well-run talent and culture programs. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for partnering with People team leaders and People Partners to execute impactful, cross-discipline solutions. The People Generalist brings strong organizational and project management skills, sound judgement, and attention to detail to the day-to-day execution of People programs, policies, and initiatives, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
