The Director of Product Management leads the strategic vision and execution of a product portfolio of like products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to launch by driving cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and align with business objectives, while fostering a strong customer-centric approach and leading a high-performing product management team. This role is critical in driving strong market adoption, competitive positioning, and
revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with company goals, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and product portfolio roadmap creation.
- Drive product portfolio positioning, pricing, and launch ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimized campaign support.
- Collaborate effectively with segment leader, marketing, engineering and sales leadership to ensure seamless product portfolio development and launch.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, actively incorporating customer feedback into portfolio roadmap decisions.
- Identify and monitor key product portfolio performance indicators (inclusive of pipeline and revenue), analyze data to inform portfolio strategy and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of product management associates, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
