Join our team as a Training Specialist! This is a HYBRID role - onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Maple Plain, MN. The Training Specialist is a key driver of employee success, creating engaging learning programs that help teams confidently adopt new processes, technologies, and business initiatives. Partnering across the Customer Success Organization, this role develops impactful training, delivers effective communications, measures results, and champions continuous improvement. Through innovative learning experiences and a passion for enabling others, the Training Specialist ensures employees are informed, empowered, and ready to succeed in a rapidly evolving business environment.
