About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced General Managers to oversee high-profile, luxury residential communities in San Francisco and Los Angeles. These are leadership roles for professionals who excel in operations, client relationships, and building strong, service-driven teams. Ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in community association management and the ability to deliver a first -class resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the on-site team to exceed performance expectations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the property maintains the highest standards of service, appearance, and compliance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the community’s goals.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Address and resolve homeowner concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as Action's internal policies.
