Human Resources Associate

We are currently seeking a skilled human resources specialist who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. Job Responsibility: • Support HRIS implementation and ongoing HR system administration, with a focus on Rippling • Assist with system setup, data migration, process documentation, testing, and workflow improvement • Support employee training programs, training materials, and learning platform administration • Support onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with IT and information security • Provide backup support for recruiting activities, including interview coordination, resume review, and candidate communication • Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects • Maintain accurate employee records and provide flexible support across HR functions based on team and business needs Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English • Experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role • Experience with Rippling or other HRIS platforms strongly preferred • Experience with HRIS implementation, training administration, or process improvement is a plus • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions • Experience in biotechnology/life sciences or HR technology is preferred • HR certification is a plus Benefits • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Health Reimbursement Accounts • Life and AD&D Insurance • Short & Long Term Disability Insurance • 401K with Company Match • Paid Time Off • Paid Sick Days & Holidays BIOCYTOGEN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
