• THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT POSITION, BUT RATHER AN INDEFINITE APPOINTMENT. THE INCUMBENT WILL BE ENTITLED TO ALL LEAVE AND INSURANCE COVERAGE AS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE AND COVERAGE IN THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM (FERS)/FEDERAL EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM-REVISED ANNUITY EMPLOYEES (FERS-RAE)/FEDERAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM - FURTHER REVISED ANNUITY EMPLOYEES - FERS (FRAE) RT. 1) National Guard Membership is required. 2) Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. 3) Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation. 4) May be required to successfully complete a probationary period. 5) Applicants must possess a documented record of successful completion of F-15 Initial Qualification Training (IQT). This qualification is a mandatory requirement for consideration, and candidates must provide corresponding training certificates or military documentation (such as a DD-214 or training records) at the time of application to verify eligibility.
