Summary In this role, you’ll own the technical and functional win across a high-volume SMB sales motion. You’ll partner closely with a team of account executives, along with Product and Professional Services, to support fast-moving, transactional sales cycles across multiple product lines. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable delivering frequent, repeatable product demonstrations while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer engagement. Beyond supporting active opportunities, you’ll help strengthen a growing sales team by providing ongoing enablement, refining repeatable processes, and identifying ways to make the sales motion more efficient and scalable. This may include expanding the use of external demo-library tools, leveraging AI to develop new workflows, and finding creative ways to automate or streamline repetitive work.
